Sundown has been fully equipped for extensive cruising.

A detailed schedule is maintained for engine servicing and reference and this will be passed on to the Purchaser.
The Engine
Shaft drive to a five blade propeller by a single common rail diesel engine. This Cummins QSB 5.9 six cylinder engine has a reliable reputation. It is configured to produce 330 hp which gives better fuel economy, particularly at lower speeds. It can still push her along at around 17 knots, but then it is no way economical.
Regularly serviced for 2,400 hours (on 2nd July 2025).

The 800 litre stainless steel fuel tank facilitates a considerable cruising range between top ups.
Control at very slow speed is available using the sea fishing “Troll” facility. Further benefit is gained using the two MAXpower CT80 12v Thrusters, at the bow and at the stern.
A pair of Lenco 12v Trim Tabs level her at speed, with a 123SC control at the helm.
